The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down by Brandon Turner — this is probably the most accessible starting point. Turner breaks down creative financing strategies including seller financing in plain language without drowning you in jargon.
Building Wealth One House at a Time by John Schaub — an older book but still one of the most practical guides to owner financing specifically. Schaub has been doing these deals for decades and it shows.
Owner Will Carry by Bill Broadbent and George Rosenberg — one of the few books written specifically about seller financing from both the buyer and seller perspective. If you only read one book on this topic, make it this one.
Websites & Forums
BiggerPockets (biggerpockets.com) — the go-to community for real estate investors. Search "seller financing" or "owner financing" in the forums and you'll find thousands of threads with real deal breakdowns, questions, and advice from people who've actually done it.
Creative Real Estate on Reddit — r/realestateinvesting and r/CreativeRealEstate — less curated than BiggerPockets but more raw and current. Good place to see what deals are actually happening right now.
SellerFinanceX (sellerfinancex.com) — shameless plug, but if you want to see real seller-financed listings with terms posted upfront, this is the only marketplace built specifically for it.

BiggerPockets Real Estate Podcast — they cover seller financing regularly, especially in episodes featuring creative finance deals. Search their episode archive for "owner financing" and you'll have hours of content.
Creative Real Estate Podcast by Zachary Beach — almost entirely focused on creative financing strategies. If you're serious about this stuff, subscribe and start from the beginning.
Seller Finance Coalition Podcast — niche but excellent. Covers the legal, legislative, and practical side of seller financing in depth. Great for understanding the regulatory landscape too.
